As Concinnity Group, Inc.'s President, CEO and Founder, Seritta Krafnick is committed to providing quality service to clients and consultants and dedicated to the growth and development of Concinnity Group, Inc. She is President of the Northern California Chapter of NACCB, has served as an NACCB Board member for 10 years and has been a member for 17 years.

Seritta built Concinnity Group around the strong ethics, standards, and values on which the NACCB was founded.

Seritta originally began her career in Washington D.C. where she worked as a management consultant for a variety of publicly and privately held firms in the financial, organizational development, health care, and computer industries. While in D.C., Seritta earned her BA degree in Business from the University of Maryland and her MBA from George Washington University. After working for several management consulting companies, Seritta formed her own firm which specialized in organizational development. She also founded a 501C(3) not-for-profit foundation specializing in training and development for the housing industry. In 1981, Seritta relocated to California where she joined the staffing industry, specializing in computer information systems which is the genesis of Concinnity Group, Inc.
